How do I start my application?
To start your application, you need to:
- Create an account by registering with a valid email address
- Purchase an e-voucher (for Ghanaian students) or purchase online (for international students)
- Log in to your account and click "Start New Application"
- Enter your voucher serial and PIN
- Complete the application form step by step
Where can I purchase an e-voucher?
E-vouchers can be purchased from:
- Authorized banks and financial institutions
- Mobile money platforms (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
- Online through the university's payment portal
- Designated university offices
For international students, vouchers can be purchased online directly through the portal.
What documents do I need to upload?
You will need to upload the following documents:
- Passport-sized photograph (recent, clear, and professional)
- Academic certificates (WASSCE, GCE, or equivalent)
- Transcripts (if applicable)
- Birth certificate or national ID
- Any other relevant academic or professional certificates
Note: All documents should be in PDF format and clearly scanned.
Can I edit my application after submission?
Once your application is submitted, you cannot edit it directly. However, you can:

- Submit additional documents through the portal if needed

How long does it take to process an application?

What are the entry requirements?
Entry requirements vary by program, but generally include:
- Undergraduate: WASSCE/SSSCE with at least 6 passes (A1-C6) including English and Mathematics, or equivalent
- Postgraduate: A good first degree (minimum Second Class Lower) from a recognized university
- Mature Students: Must be 25 years or older and pass the Mature Entrance Examination
- International Students: Equivalent qualifications recognized by the National Accreditation Board

Can I apply for multiple programs?
Yes, you can select up to 3 program preferences in a single application. Your choices will be ranked as:
- First Choice (Primary preference)
- Second Choice (Alternative preference)

The admissions committee will consider your preferences when making decisions. You may be offered admission to any of your selected programs based on availability and your qualifications.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password:
- Click on "Login" and then "Forgot Password"
- Enter your registered email address or phone number
- You will receive a password reset link via email or SMS
- Follow the instructions to create a new password

Is there an application deadline?
Application deadlines vary by enrollment period. The current enrollment period and deadline are displayed when you start a new application.
